Inside Sales Representative

Looking for an experienced sales representative to make a positive difference by helping special needs children! This position can be location at our corporate office in Woodland Hills, CA or is eligible for 100% remote.


SKILLS Global, LLC helps individuals with autism and other special needs reach their fullest potential by providing clinicians and educators with software as a service tools for developing individualized treatment plans. Our training arm, the Institute for Behavioral Training provides 360 degrees of Applied Behavior Analysis training to anyone whose life is impacted by autism.


We provide training on all our products, the types of customers that we are looking for, and all the appropriate business training to make sales, follow up with customers, and grow our business. We will teach you what questions to ask in order to learn about prospective clients' business needs as well as how to develop proposals that focus on client-oriented solutions.


Job Duties:

- Outbound calls to prospective customers

- Conduct product demos via webinar software

- Build close relationship with customers

- Probe for customer needs

- Ability to travel to 1-2 ABA conferences per year

- Create proposals to meet customer business demands

- Close the deal!


Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years in B to B inside sales experience with proven track record

- Previous SaaS sales experience preferred

- Bachelor's degree highly preferred

- Possess strong ability to do discovery with prospects

- Ability to close sales and negotiate

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) background desirable

- Challenge driven
